Hand Brake will be well worth it, you need to invest in a good quality caliper, otherwise a cheap cast one will shatter due to the pressure needed. My caliper is Hi-Spec, and my front brake calipers are the same. I opted for full size Cobra seats, they are a tight snug fit, the factory RTR seats are slightly thinner and I think they are designed to mount straight onto the crossbars fitted. What colour are you opting for?
cheers

Got your kits this thusday, will soon be posting pictures, we orderd to kits me and my neighbour. mine is red with black wings, his is all red.
have allready found some thing to be worried about. we acctally were really thourrough in our quwtionsto RTR previuc to our order, and Paultoldus that the construction were madeout of seamless tubing wich is demanded by swedish sva, but it semms that the whisboend are made in another type of tubing.

I can only think of a more simpler solution, which is what a customer from MNR did in Sweden, he built it and then brought it to the UK for them to test and register it. Might be a much less painful build then? I know its a right trek from Sweden, but at least you could build it to UK regulations then.
Worth thinking about maybe?

Simpeler solution: Yes! Cheap: No.... (because of transport)

I suppose it depends just how much of a ball ache it is to pull the build in line with Swedish regulations.

WELL THE POINT WAS THAT RTR TOLD US THAT ALLTHE TUBING WOULD BE SEAMLESS.
HAVE FOUND ANOTHER PROBLEM, DOES ANYONE HAVE A SOLUTION? WHEN FITTING THE SWINGARM I FOUND THAT THE BRAKET FOR THE CENTRUM BOLT WAS TO CLOSE TO THE FRAME AND THEREFORE THE BOLT WONT FIT. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO WRECH IT, IT STICKS TO THE FRAME WHEN YOU SCREW IT. ITS TO TIGHT.

The swingarm is a tight fit, it will fit, the pin with the flat sides is designed so it taps into place so it doesn't turn, just needing to tighten from one side, like on the bike. my pin scratched the frame as it passed through, but it will go.

OK I UNDERSTAND. BUT THERE IS NO ROOM TO SCREW THE BOLT ON. THE BOLT HITS THE FRAME AND WONT TURN AROUND.

I told you: Building a T1ke is not like building an IKEA bookshelf... A piece of tube does the job.
