Well the Sonic kit is finally in the garage. Went to see Paul and Leighton today and picked it up.
My neighbour happened to be getting rid of a brand new piece of carpet this afternoon so managed to get that in the garage to help keep me warm Got to add a bit of draught excluder on the side door and I have a large roll of plastic sheeting I'm going to use to split the double garage into two so it should heat up a bit quicker.
Loads of goodies to sort out now, hoping to get out there tonight once the kids are in bed
Build has been on hold for a few weeks but is now starting in earnest. Got all of the panels sprayed up by RTR and Paul delivered them this evening. I'm very pleased with the colour scheme. I'll get some pics over the weekend and post them up.
Got loads of parts delivered over last month all sat in the garage so should be able to make some good progress over the next few weeks.
Still lots of decisions to make on some of the parts including, lights, seats and wheels. I want to see how the bodywork looks then I can get a better feel for what colour wheels will looks best.
I've got red calipers and the water pipes are also red so I may follow that through to the seats. Thinking of the Dash2 as well but I want to see how it will fit in the dashboard.
Trying to decide whether to fit a full tunnel with an upright piece coming up to meet the usual dash. Plenty of time yet
Once I get a few pics together I'll start a proper build thread and list all of the lovelies goodies I have from RTR

Venom 3 Wheels: Why does it always refresh, I'm looking at something, and its constantly refreshing. How annoying, also, when I reply to a message, why does it then want to Create a message?

tlight: Just so everyone is aware, Nigel maintains this page on behalf of the MEV OWNERS, not on behalf of the company. He does it in his own, precious time. He could take offence..... (Just sayin')

airforceone: I've been using Firefox and still having issues with the pages locking up. Not as bad now as it was when the new site went live so hopefully it will improve the longer it's running.
